We’ve begun our dig and delve into the glorious Charlie Wood Archives here at Team Charlie. Here’s the press cutting from the newspaper telling of Charlie being awarded his own Brass Note on the Beale Street Walk of Fame. Charlie joined fellow legends B.B. King, Booker T. Laury, Bobbly ‘Blue’ Bland, Albert King, Isaac Hayes, Otis Redding, Elvis Presley and Al Green.

Charlie’s is number 136 of only 185 in the history of recorded music, something we’re all incredibly proud of here!
